About us and our products
We are a small family run business (husband and wife) in England, UK. We design, manufacture and sell unique cross stitch designs inspired mostly from fine art masters and the Victoria era.
Cross Stitch Kits include: Enlarged pattern (on A3 paper) with black and white symbols, instructions, a soft 14 count or 16 count aida, or 28 count evenweave, needle and Madeira cotton threads pre-wound on card bobbins. Although we use Madeira threads in our kits, all our patterns give both madeira and DMC thread numbers should you decide to use DMC threads for your project. Our kits have no more than 40 colours. Please note our designs are not printed on the fabric.
Our aida is a soft fabric that is very easy to use and our eveneweave is by Zweigart.
How are kits look like:

Cross Stitch Patterns include: Original pattern (not photocopies) with black and white symbols, list of DMC threads required. We use as many colours as possible (but usually 30 to 40 colours) in order to produce the perfect detailed pattern with as many as possible color shading. We use easy to see symbols, center marker and overlap columns to make it easier to follow multiple pages.
Patterns can also be send by email within 24 hours of order placement.
All our products are placed in a large strong board backed envelope marked as "Do not bend" for safe transit. Our patterns are not photocopies, each pattern is printed by a high quality commercial printer. We also use high quality A4 paper, 100g/m² (it is a heavier weight with a silky finish). We care for the environment and ensure any paper we use is FSC certified (ie from sustainable forests)
All of our cross stitch images, on our website and the ones on the pattern covers, show how the pattern will look when finished, not the painting or picture we started from.
