Delivery update Christmas guaranteed delivery upgrade for UK Customers:
Due to the high volume of Christmas orders received, it can take us up to the full 4 working days to assemble Kits. If we see there is cause that might delay despatch further than that, we will inform you as soon as possible. Please note that Royal Mail seems to be running behind a bit (appears to be a couple of days). However, if your order is placed from today up until the 20th December, we will guarantee you get it before christmas (for UK customers only and cleared payment). We will do this by upgrading your postage at our expense to special delivery as necessary. This will allow us to post your item up to the 22nd -23rd and be certain you receive it on the 23rd or 24th Saturday. Orders posted after the 20th may not make it in time for Christmas though we will try to determine on the day of order if it can make it or not and let you know as soon as possible. If it is possible to despatch in time then we will upgrade orders made after the 20th as well.
If for any reason you want it sooner than christmas please let us know in advance through the comments on the order.
This offer is only for cross stitch kits or for 3 or more patterns. Do note pattern only products are not delayed and are usually sent out next day - sometimes even the same day of order.

Shipping to UK: £1.49 (plus £0.80 for each additional item)
Special Delivery UK - Guaranteed next day delivery till 1PM (not Saturday): £7
Shipping to EU: £2.90 (plus £1.20 for each additional item)
Shipping to the US, Canada, Australia and rest of the world: £3.40 (plus £1.50 for each additional item)

Patterns are send by email within 24 hours of payment.
Returns
We accept returns within 2 weeks (no questions asked) on all kits and printed patterns and will issue a refund. We would like to get feedback to see if there is something that we can improve on though this is not necessary. We will also replace any item that has been damaged by the post office however we need the damaged article to be returned to us so that we can forward it to the post office. We will also re-imburse reasonable postage costs for sending damaged items back to us.
