We offer the counted cross stitch chart of your choice by post or download.
If you choose the download option, you will receive an email within 24 hours (after a completed payment) with a link to log in to your account and download your pattern.
If you choose the post option, post & packaging fees are added to the original price.
Post & packaging fees (including handling fee):
UK: £2.25 (£1 discount for each additional item)
Europe: £2.90 (£1.20 discount for each additional item)
USA, Canada, Australia: £3.40 (£1.50 discount for each additional item)
If you ordered cross stitch patterns by post please note that will ship them within 2 business days by 1st class post. We are not responsible for any post losses, we always obtain proof of posting and will happily provide it if needed.

Please note the download option is not an instant download, your payment must be authorised first and then your pattern will be available for download within 24 hours of a clear payment.
All orders to be dispatched only after a clear payment. Due to the printed/download nature of our cross stitch charts, we do not offer refunds.
