The one-off price includes all 5 patterns. Each part will be released every 3 weeks, by email. If you join part-way, you will still receive all previous patterns and there is no pressure to keep up.

Patterns
PDF patterns are in black and white symbols. They are easy to print from your computer or work from your phone/tablet. The PDF file is instantly available to download after checkout.

Full kit
The full kit contain: PDF pattern to download with black & white symbols, instructions, fabric of your choice, needle and 20 colours/shades threads pre-wound on card bobbins.

Returns

Except the subscription service, we accept returns within 2 weeks of receipt but must be in its original condition. 

Return postage fees are paid by the customer if the reason for return is other than a faulty return. If item is faulty or damaged in any way we will cover the cost of return postage.

We will also replace any item that has been damaged by the post office however we need the damaged article to be returned to us so that we can forward it to the post office. We will also reimburse reasonable postage costs for sending damaged items back to us.
