Because all recurring payments are processed securely through PayPal, you are always in complete control of your account.
How to Cancel or Pause Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time using either of the two quick methods below:
Option 1: Cancel Directly via PayPal (Fastest)
You can manage or cancel your recurring payment directly inside your PayPal account without waiting for us:

Log into your PayPal Account

Click the Settings icon (the gear in the top right corner).

Select Payments, then click Manage Automatic Payments.

Find Yiotas XStitch in the list.

Click Cancel and confirm.
Option 2: Let Us Handle It for You

Please include the name and email address associated with your PayPal account.

Notice Required: Please send your email request at least 48 hours / 3 business days before your upcoming billing date so we can process it before your payment goes through.
Important Things to Know
Billing Cut-off: Subscriptions must be cancelled before your bi-monthly renewal date. Once a payment successfully processes through PayPal, your box for that cycle enters production/packing and cannot be refunded or cancelled for that month.
