We use paypal for the subscription. You don't have to have a paypal account, just pay with your card. You will first be charged on the day you subscribe. The next payment will be made 2 months after that date and every 2 months after that.

We are a husband and wife (Dino & Yiota) small family business based in Dunfermline, Scotland, UK. All our kits are made by hand, we wind all threads on card bobbins. We have been designing and selling our own cross stitch designs since 2006 and have an excellent rating on Trustpilot! Feel free to google search our reviews.
About our kits
We only sell counted cross stitch kits. All our kits are of top quality.
They include Madeira 6 stranded cotton threads. We wind all threads on 4 meter and 8 meter card bobbins and add more than enough threads for your project - you will not run out of threads!
Madeira is an excellent German quality, threads are shiny giving a project a slightly glam look. They do not discolour or bleed onto fabric, they can be washed in washing machine at 60 Degrees Celsius or 140 Fahrenheit.
We also use an outstanding quality of fabrics from Zweigart

Copyright and license
Nearly all our designs are licensed by a company called Art Licensing International, we also buy artwork professional licenses from Vectorstock and a few other independent artists. All our artwork licenses are non-exclusive.
Processing time
Currenty, our proccessing time is10 business days All our products are hand made, therefore please allow us time to work on your orders. Advent calendars ship in October. Subscription boxes (even one-offs) ship on 1st June
Shipping fees
Post & packaging fees depend on the weight of the product. All products (except for accessories) are shipped with a tracking number.

Europe: Due to Brexit, our website is not able to add the VAT tax automatically. Please contact us HERE with your full address and we will include VAT in your order and email you a total amount to pay.
Returns
Except the subscription service, we accept returns within 2 weeks of receipt but must be in its original condition.
Return postage fees are paid by the customer if the reason for return is other than a faulty return. If item is faulty or damaged in any way we will cover the cost of return postage.
We will also replace any item that has been damaged by the post office however we need the damaged article to be returned to us so that we can forward it to the post office. We will also reimburse reasonable postage costs for sending damaged items back to us.
Discount codes
Certain websites are issuing fraudulent coupon codes purporting to be for yiotas-xstitch.com. These sites have no affiliation with us and are just trying to attract traffic to their site for reasons unknown to us. We don't issue coupons in this fashion. The products we make are handmade on order - discount coupons are normally used in retail for overstock situations. As we do not overstock, we do not use coupons in this manner. No site other than a direct email from us or on our own website can generate coupons that work on our site.
