USA Shipping: We now include all US import duties in the shipping fee (Delivered Duties Paid). You won’t be charged anything extra at delivery by USPS. Typical delivery 4–15 business days after dispatch - our service is fully tracked and you can subscribe for updates from USPS. Our site will also send you updates as it travels to you.
Returns
Except the subscription service and Advent Calendars, we accept returns within 2 weeks of receipt but must be in original condition.
Advent Calendars can only be cancelled by end of August. After that period a restocking fee of 30% will be made as these are custom ordered and made per order.
Return postage fees are paid by the customer if the reason for return is other than a faulty return. If item is faulty or damaged in any way we will cover the cost of return postage.
We will also replace any item that has been damaged by the post office however we need the damaged article to be returned to us so that we can forward it to the post office. We will also reimburse reasonable postage costs for sending damaged items back to us.
