All our kits are hand made/picked and assembled when we receive your order.

Order processing and dispatch takes us 5 working days.

We ship worldwide but currently we have suspended shipping to Europe.

Post & packaging fees depend on the weight of the product. 
You need to reach the checkout page for our system to calculate postage according to your items in your cart.

Shipping fees

UK All orders £3 with exception of threads. We use Tracked Royal Mail, delivery within a couple of days with pre-arrival notification.

USA (with tracking number): Start from $11

Australia (with tracking number): Start from 16 AUD

Canada (with tracking number): Start from 15 CAD

New Zealand (with tracking number): Start from 17 NZD

For shipping fees to all other countries, you will need to reach the checkout page to view shipping for your order.

Delivery estimate

Please note, we are based in Scotland, UK.

Delivery to UK takes from 1 to 3 working days.

Delivery to USA/Canada takes from 10 to 20 working days.

Delivery to Australia/New Zealand takes from 15 to 25 working days.

Once dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your package.

NB we do not keep kits ready in stock but assemble them on order - we keep constituent parts (threads and fabric) at the ready to do so. We are very fast with smaller kits and can usually turn them around within a day or two but it also depends on how busy we are! All orders are made in a strict priority order! We will notify you if there's a production problem.

Returns 

All our kits are handmade and custom cut on order, we do not keep cross stitch kits in stock, they are not picked off a shelf. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.

We do however accept returns within 2 weeks of receipt but must be in its original condition.

Return postage fees are paid by the customer if the reason for return is other than a faulty return. If item is faulty or damaged in any way we will cover the cost of return postage.

We will also replace any item that has been damaged by the post office however we need the damaged article to be returned to us so that we can forward it to the post office. We will also reimburse reasonable postage costs for sending damaged items back to us.

Discount codes

It has recently come to our attention that certain websites are issuing fraudulent coupon codes purporting to be for yiotas-xstitch.com. These sites have no affiliation with us and are just trying to attract traffic to their site for reasons unknown to us.
Just to let everyone know that we do not issue coupons in this fashion. The products we make are handmade on order - discount coupons are normally used in retail for overstock situations.
As we do not overstock, we do not use coupons in this manner. No site other than a direct email from us or on our own website can generate coupons that work on our site.
