Refund policy

We accept returns within 2 weeks of receipt but must be in its original condition. 

Return postage fees are paid by the customer if the reason for return is other than a faulty return. If item is faulty or damaged in any way we will cover the cost of return postage.

We will also replace any item that has been damaged by the post office however we need the damaged article to be returned to us so that we can forward it to the post office. We will also reimburse reasonable postage costs for sending damaged items back to us.

Cancellation and accidental orders: If you placed an order in error or require a cancellation and refund before the order is shipped, we will cancel and refund - less the card proccessing fee.

Refunds on stitch-a-longs: Due to the nature of electronic files, we offer no refunds on the stitch-a-longs.

Payment terms: In the unlikely event of any fraudulent activity, you have the right to cancel the payment and seek reimbursement from your card issuer without incurring any charges.
