  • Reusable durable plastic storage box that you will be able to use for all your craft projects
  • Cross stitch pattern with black & white symbols
  • Fabric - see options available
  • Pattern and fabric will be stored in a reusable plastic bag with zipper.
  • Threads pre-wound on card bobbins

Reusable packaging:
We encourage our customers to reuse our packaging materials (plastic box and bag) to reduce landfill waste.

    All our products are hand made. Currenty, our proccessing time is 7 business days

    USA - From $10  Tariffs update: At the moment, US maintains a "de minimis" exemption which means if your order is under $800, you won't pay import duty.

    Returns

    Except the subscription service, we accept returns within 2 weeks of receipt but must be in its original condition. 

    Return postage fees are paid by the customer if the reason for return is other than a faulty return. If item is faulty or damaged in any way we will cover the cost of return postage.

    We will also replace any item that has been damaged by the post office however we need the damaged article to be returned to us so that we can forward it to the post office. We will also reimburse reasonable postage costs for sending damaged items back to us.
