USA Tariffs update: USA is removing the "de-minimis" and implementing new tariffs from 29th August. This is coming from the US government and is completely out of our control. You will be asked by your local post office to pay customs fees when our parcel arrives in USA. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.

Returns

Except the subscription service, we accept returns within 2 weeks of receipt but must be in its original condition. 

Return postage fees are paid by the customer if the reason for return is other than a faulty return. If item is faulty or damaged in any way we will cover the cost of return postage.

We will also replace any item that has been damaged by the post office however we need the damaged article to be returned to us so that we can forward it to the post office. We will also reimburse reasonable postage costs for sending damaged items back to us.

USA Tariffs Update

We have suspended sales to US due to tariffs. At the moment, our website is not able to calculate duties automatically.
